What we collect
When you send a quote request, we receive the information you enter: contact details, what you'd like to insure, and for trucking requests, details about your business, vehicles, drivers and operations. We also record the date, the page you submitted from, and a one-way scrambled version of your network address that we use only to block automated spam.
How we use it
We use it to contact you, prepare quotes, and share the details needed with insurance companies we approach on your behalf. We don't sell your information.
How it's protected
Requests travel over an encrypted connection to our agency management system, where only Alpine Risk Solutions staff can see them. Driver license numbers and dates of birth are removed from the original request once they've been moved into your client file.
What not to send
Please don't enter Social Security numbers, bank account or card numbers in any form on this site. If we need sensitive documents, we'll send you a secure way to provide them.
